We had a brilliant, fast moving Sports Day today………….which was especially good because the rain didn’t arrive.
Every team tried there hardest and did their best even though the Blue Team had the best and loudest and most sporting members the Green Team sneaked home in first place.
Congratulations to the Green Team but remember…..there is always next year. Watch out!
As well as these photographs there are video clips at http://raff31.blip.tv/
There was a great game of football after school tonight. It was an end of season girls against the mums match. The score finished 2 - 2, the girls equalising in the last minute.
If you played, or watched, and would like to write about the match, either leave a comment or send a match report to raff31 at gmail.com and it will be published. In the meantime there are photographs at http://greenparkschool.phanfare.com/2008

Green Park girls were great at Anfield tonight and their special night culminated with a goal in the famous Kop end of the stadium. Miss Blackham, Mr Hewer and the famous Faye Lorentz were really proud of the way they performed and how well they did.
A more detailed match report will follow but in the meantime here are some photographs of tonight’s events.

Year 5 Boys are through to the next round of the Liverpool Echo Bowl after a fantastic performance at Liverpool Academy, ending up winners on the day. Well done to all of you and I look forward to seeing how you progress in the next round!
Also, Year 6 Girls did a super job at the MADCOS Tournament last week. In near freezing conditions, they played so well they ended up WINNERS of the tournament. Well done girls!
Thank you, as always, to our usual army of supporters, who really spur the children on.
